About Tracy

Tracy Freeman is a REALTOR® serving the North Carolina coast, helping clients navigate relocation, second homes, fresh starts, and the moves they did not necessarily see coming.

Before real estate, Tracy spent more than ten years as a clinical therapist, helping people work through difficult decisions, major life changes, and high-stress situations. She brings that same ability to listen, ask the right questions, and provide clear, practical guidance to real estate.

Her path into the business was personal. After several frustrating experiences as both a buyer and seller, Tracy found herself thinking, “I could do this better.” So she got licensed.

Originally from Sayreville, New Jersey, yes, Bon Jovi’s hometown, Tracy now lives in North Myrtle Beach with her husband, a dog, and four cats. Outside of real estate, she is an ultrarunner and has recently discovered a new love of boating, which means she is happiest either logging miles or somewhere near the water.

Tracy is known for being direct, responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in the people she works with. She does not believe in pressure, fluff, or wasting anyone’s time. She believes in honest communication, strong follow-through, and helping clients make smart decisions with as little unnecessary stress as possible.
